Blighter Surveillance Systems (BSS) operate a return material authorization (RMA) system for the management of faulty/damaged equipment both in and out of warranty.

RMA Process

Please contact the Blighter Support Team providing details of the faulty equipment and the fault symptoms in as much detail as possible.

BSS will process the RMA request and email it back to you with an RMA number, along with packing, shipping and any other instructions.

If the warranty has expired on your product or if it has been physically damaged, BSS will advise you of the cost of inspection/repair and the process for submitting a purchase order to pay for the work.
